Frequently Asked Questions

We appreciate your support and curiosity about our plans! Below, we try to answer the most frequently asked questions we've been receiving. For information specifically about Roland's, our outdoor bar, click the button below to learn more.

When will you open?

The short answer is sometime in 2024. The longer answer is that due to the nature and scope of this restoration, we aren't yet sure about our specific opening dates. We have already opened our adjacent location, Carriage House Sundries, a wine & cigar shop, cafe, and lounge. Our next goal is to get the NuWray restaurant open, and rooms will open as they are finished. We will announce our opening dates via our email newsletter and Facebook and Instagram, so be sure to follow us in all those places.

Can I book a room?

We are not yet ready to start accepting reservations until we are more sure about our opening dates. We will make announcements when we open our reservation books via our email newsletter and Facebook and Instagram, so be sure to follow us in all those places.

Can I book a private event?

We are not generally booking private events yet in order not to impede or slow down the construction process. We may, however, consider weekend events on our back deck or events at our adjacent location, Carriage House Sundries. To inquire, send us an email at events@nuwray.com with as many details about your private event as possible. If we are able to accommodate you, we will let you know!

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring, but we will be soon. Check our Jobs page for the latest listings and information on how to apply.

How many rooms will you have?

We will have 22 rooms in the main hotel, most of which can accommodate two people on queen or king beds. We're also adding 5 additional rooms on the 2nd floor of the Carriage House, just behind the NuWray Hotel on S. Main St. These rooms will be able to accommodate up to four people, and will be kid- and pet-friendly.
